Good luck. I know you can do it!

We are all in the same boat. Try our ongoing weekly challenges for calories and exercise - no one will ever judge you at By The Numbers.
They really aren't true challenges because we don't compete against each other - they are only for accountability.
We're here for you if you need us!

I didn't "make it happen" the first time, I "made it happen" the last time!
Thankyou, I'm learning my way around the site alittle.
Learning a few things here and there.
Allot to learn and just 1 more glass of water to go!!!
Nothing wrong with walking the dog!! lol Poor little things need exercise too! (I have a couple, ok)
YOU CAN DO THIS. One step at a time. Stick around & you'll pick things up around here. Let us know if there's anything specific you're confused about or need inspiration. Me personally, the most instrumental thing on Sparks is the Food Tracker. Very important. If you bite it, you write it. Often surprising how much we're really consuming. If you can put in what you plan to eat for the day before you eat it - so much the better. But at least tracking everything you eat helps you see where you need improvement with that.
