Me personally, the most instrumental thing on Sparks is the Food Tracker. Very important. If you bite it, you write it. Often surprising how much we're really consuming. If you can put in what you plan to eat for the day before you eat it - so much the better. But at least tracking everything you eat helps you see where you need improvement with that. I am 62, a grandma, moderate activity..........like walking the dog...........LOL I really need to get back into a size 12-14. I've reached 185 and nothig fits anymore. Plus I feel awful mentally. It is so depressing looking in the mirror! HELP!
