I agree - if you don't have an HRM try to guestimate. My first round of Chalene Extreme (CLX) I didn't track because spark sometimes advises not to track strength training. BUT due to my not tracking, I wasn't eating near enough calories. So although you don't have a lot to lose, I would definitely count the calories that you burn so that you can increase your caloric intake. After one entire year of not losing one pound, I read some more information and realized just how low my caloric intake was and I upped to .... 1500-1900 calories (due to my weight). Then I finally started to lose again.
I just wanted to introduce myself to the team. After suffering two major injuries to my knee (acl surgery and dislocated knee cap), I had dedicated myself to the elliptical at the gym. Well, eventually that became extremely boring, and I moved on to Jillian Michael's. After completing almost every single video she has, I was lucky enough to stumble upon Chalene!
I have completed TurboFire and I just started my first day of Chalean Extreme. I have to admit, it is VERY different from TurboFire, so it is going to take some time to adjust.
I am currently trying to lose about 10 pounds. I am 5'7" and approximately 145 lbs. My goal weight is 135lbs. I had reached my goal weight two years ago, but due to poor eating habits, a stressful job, and well, partying, I gained it all back (and some!).
I did want to ask a question ( I tried to search the FAQ and either I am blind or I lack computer savvy) but how is everyone tracking the exercises for each circuit? I am aware I can enter each each exercise but that is a little time consuming (and annoying).
