Welcome, Jennifer! I'm on the same schedule as Terrie, and I love CLX and TurboFire together, too. I am very, very against scales (for myself -- I don't care what other people do!) so I don't know what kind of progress I've made in that respect, but I have noticed a difference in my strength (especially shoulders) since starting the program a few weeks ago.
Terrie, knowing you use 8s makes me feel better about having to use the same (although sometimes I use 10 and 15 kettlebells when the grip is compatible.) Perhaps you remember that I once joked you would probably use heavy weights WITH a resistance band because you are CRAZY. Well, I tried it out for some of the lower body exercises, and it was actually pretty great, and not at all difficult to hold both, since I was using the tube-with-strappy-handles kind. If I don't get some 12s and 15s before PUSH, I may end up using that method more often, since I can't hold 3s or 2s with the 8s for more than a few reps.
