can't wait to hear how you are doing throughout it. Keep us updated. I won't be able to join since I am in the middle of Les Mills Pump, but when I did CLX I loved it! And TF is intense but so enjoyable.
Thats the same day I start! Im doing the 12 week plan of Chalean and the 20 week Turbo Fire combined, once I get to the end of my 12 weeks of Chalean Im going to do a mix of the workouts until my 20 weeks are up, ive been watching the Fire workouts and cant wait!!! Tomorrow is day 1!
Hi everyone! I'm pomplemousse, and I'm here to lose some weight and tone up! I started the first week of the hybrid last week, and I'm still keeping up with my workouts, though I took the weekend off! Sometimes it's tough to stay motivated when all my fiance wants to do is chill on the couch all weekend. No matter, I'm still sore from Burn 1 and had a pretty good week and I'm still 100% committed to this! I didn't find the workouts that terrible and I love Chalene!
I'm going to start a more advanced hybrid of CLX/TurboFire on Monday than the schedule in the booklet. I found the schedule here from a beachbody coach if anyone is intersted in joining me:
