I'm just starting day 8 (so the 2nd week) and I find your form gets better once you're more familiar with the exercises. I have 3, 5, 8, and 10lbs and the bands.

I track it on my start page (on the left hand side - activity minutes) - and just put the workout name and the number of minutes.

The Before pics are hard but as you say - they will be worth it to see the progress. In one week I have lost 4lbs and 3 inches emoticon

My name is Rhonda and today was my first day with ChaLean Extreme! I had my husband take the ten "before" photos. The only reason I was able to do that was the knowledge that I would be having some after photos taken in 90 days!!!

I'm a little worried about my form and hope I'm doing everything right. I did the band today but will be buying some 10lb weights soon. How does everyone track this on the fitness tracker?

Hey POMPLEMOUSSE - I'm almost done the first week (today is Day 6 then the rest day) and I am LOVING it! I can tell I will get results and the calendar/schedule makes it easy to follow.

Hey Everyone! I just joined the team and like Helen, I'll be starting Chalean Extreme this week! TODAY IS DAY 1!!!

I totally relate to Helen's original post, I too have started and quit so many Beachbody programs. I am determined to change that this time! I have heard a lot of good things about this one, so let's get going!!

Yes - I love how the workouts are no longer than 40mins and that the schedule is all laid out so there's no thinking involved - you just DO it!

And it's so true in the big picture what is 90 days... and I'm going to take it ONE day at a time!

I am the same way, I have most of the Beachbody workout programs but never finished one from start to finish. I too have decided to start with ChaLEAN Extreme and started this past Monday.

Good luck and know this is something you can do for 90 days!!!

Welcome, Helene!

I think Chalean Extreme was easier for me to follow through start to finish (more than once, even) because every 4 weeks the program changes. Also, the workouts are relatively short and that helps me a lot.

My name is Helene and I've been a member of SP for 6 years (my SP anniversary was yesterday). I have lost about 20lbs so far (it was 30lbs but gained 10lbs in the month of July due to a tough month emotionally and well - good old summer holidays). My goal is to lose another 30lbs and to get LEAN and toned! I'll be turning 46 on September 3rd and I want to be in the best shape of my life!!

I LOVE Chalene Johnson and her Turbo Jam workouts and have been contemplating ChaLEAN Extreme for some time and I'm super motivated to do this from start to finish!!

I have many Beach Body DVDs but have never followed through on any program from start to finish and this time - I'm determined to change that!

I hope to get to know all of you better and get the support I'll need to keep PUSHING Play and keep going.

Looking forward to joining some of the threads as I jump in on the journey!!
