Burn Phase done!!
It took a few weeks but the huge appetite subsided, good thing I tracked.
Didn't see much in inches lost. The scale even went up 1lb from last month.
Not discouraged because I know I'm getting stronger.

Very energized to start Push Phase tomorrow.

One week down....

Boy did my muscles get a wake up call last week.
Felt very sore on Wednesday but by Saturday morning I felt very energized to take in my cardio days. Bounced out of bed and got it done!
Just as expected, my appetite kicked into high gear those first few days of BC. Decided to track my food during this round of CLX to keep my calories in check.

On to BCW2 today.. emoticon

Thank you everyone for the welcome. First day down and only 89 more to go! I am making one modification to the schedule, I am switching Tuesday and Thursday due to needing Thursday as one of my rest days (cleaning, laundry and grocery shopping day).

STDWYNWEN - Happy to hear someone else started the journey today as well! This is going to be fun!!!! I will be there to give you support as well. emoticon

I'll be starting CLX July 30th too!!.
I'm determined to master the Push-Up dang it.

This will be my 2nd round (finished the 90 day 1st round back in May 2012).
Did a few months of Turbo Fire now ready to get back to CLX.

So, I'll be right here with you giving you support. emoticon

Hi Everyone

First off I LOVE all Chalene Johnson's workout programs. I have done Turbo Jam, ChaLEAN Extreme and Turbo Fire sporadically over the last couple of years but never did any of them from start to finish.

Over the last 2 years I have gained around 40 pounds and I am not proud of the way I let myself go. I am finally ready to start all over again and hope to lose 50 pounds by the end of this year. I have decided to start off with ChaLEAN Extreme and I am committing myself to the 90 days. I need a lot of support and motivation because I will do good for a couple of weeks and then stop. I am determined not to do that this time!!!

I am excited to be a part of this team and look forward to working with all of you.
