I did take measurements and I did take the pics. I know I'll be glad I did!

Loving the program so far. I'm on week 2, day 4. I feel really strong!

emoticon to the team. I am not able to start with you today, presently 1 week in on Les Mills Pump, but I did want to stop and encourage you.

I don't care to do pictures either, but I am very thankful that I took them when I started and ended ChaLean Extreme. I saw a huge difference in my body. Did you take measurements also? If not take them NOW!!! My first run through I didn't lose tons of weight, but I did lose 24 inches! Mostly coming from my hip, waist, and chest. So I am now a firm believer that the scale doesn't show your success and always measure, measure, measure emoticon

emoticon I love this program so much and I am sure you will too. Chalene is so upbeat and encouraging in them. emoticon

I got my DVD set this past week. I've done the fit test and watched the Burn Basics DVD. I'm starting this morning after DH takes my before pics. I really do not want these pics taken but know I will want them later!

Anyone just starting for the very first time? I've read the info/advice posts but I am still nervous! Wish me luck
