Thank you for concern. I'm on the mend and it was my foot. I made it almost the first full week but injured myself in a jump during pure cardio. I really think all the jumping mucked my back up and I pinched a nerve. It has taken forever to get it to a good place, which I feel it is now.
Today was day 1 .... Burn Circuit 1. I was going to do cardio but kind of glad I didn't. I'm pretty out of shape!!! :) So instead of a day off on day 2 (always find that weird) tomorrow, I will do the fat blaster. It will make up for no cardio today.
I appreciate you guys being accountability partners too!!! I also use myfitnesspal for my tracking...I use sparkpeople for inspiration and camaraderie.
One big thing I'm trying NOT to do and that's look at it as a full 90 days. I'm forcing myself to just focus on this week. I don't want to worry about phases although it's hard when that's all you see. So I have a whiteboard that I have put the first month schedule down. My goal is to just check off a day and mark across a week. That's all I want to do.
