I agree with Laura! You can find something...maybe your therapist can help you get going with stuff. Though I do understand that it's not fun to have to take a detour!

So sorry to hear about your knee but thankful you are getting it fixed. When I had developed a bum left elbow and couldn't lift, I stopped everything except cardio. When I hurt my left knee and couldn't do cardio, I stopped everything UNTIL I realized that my arm was better and I could lift again. So, I was doing upper strength training workouts while my knee got better. I would try that - do what you can. While rehabilitating you may be able to do chair exercising. I understand from some friends in another group who have mobility issues that spark has some free chair video workouts. Just a thought! Hope you have a speedy recovery!

Hi, everyone. It's been awhile. I've been active, but not really tracking my results. Now I have to have knee surgery on my left knee next Thursday because I tore cartilage. So, I'm bummed because i have been really active. So, I'm trying to figure out what i can do while I recover. Thanks for listening. I look forward to getting to know everyone again. emoticon emoticon
