Hello Darlene! I love Chalean Extreme! And I just want to encourage you that you do not see a drastic move on the scale because you are building muscle and burning fat. So you need to use pictures and a tape measure to track your results. I'm completing week 2 and haven't lost any scale weight, but I feel stronger and lost inches body fat! You'll increase muscle while losing fat on this program. Have fun and don't be discouraged when the scale doesn't move fast enough, because everyone says the real decrease in scale weight comes after the Lean Phase so commit to the WHOLE program for 90 days and you will have results! Also eating is KEY for results as well.

Hi! My name is Darlene. I have been a SP member for about 3 months. I did turbo jam several years ago when it first came out, and I have recently started doing it about 3-4 days a week again. I have lost around 20 pounds so far, but the last few weeks, my weight loss has stalled. I haven't lost an ounce, and I am getting very discouraged. I am one of those people that need to see the scale move. I need to lose about 130 more pounds. I thought the heavier you were the faster you lost weight. That is not true, I do have hypothyroidism and am on medication for it.
Anyway, I wanted something to help me break through this plateau. I ordered Chalean X yesterday. I got an email this morn saying it had shipped so it shouldn't be much longer. I am anxious to start this program. I really hope this gives me the push to get over my hurdle.

Hello everyone! I'm new to SP and CLX team and I just wanted to introduce myself and ask a question. Should I add more cardio to CLX for faster fat loss? My DVD's came with a TurboFire Greatest HIITs dvd and I was wondering when should I do those?

Hi and welcome! Chalene will help you build muscle, which will change your body and help you burn more calories in your daily life. You can do it! 150 pounds is great, something I am striving for. I know what you mean about your clothes not fitting right, though. If you ever need support, feel free to Spark Mail me. You can do it!

Hello all. I'm currently finishing up Insanity, finishing up week 7. I have 2 more weeks to go and then I have decided I will start ChaLean Extreme. After a lot of researching and reviewing and back and forth on which program to start next I decided on ChaLean Extreme because it will tone me up quick. I want to tone up to start Insanity again in about 3 months or so.

I'm a 31 year old mom of 4. A step-daughter 13, a son 10 and twins (boy and girl) 7. I'm a nurse in a hospital and I sit at a desk all day and schedule out patient procedures. I love my job but its different than being active on a floor like I was previously. Before that I took a year off of work to stay at home while my twins went to Kindergarten. I gained a lot of weight (well about 20-25 lbs). When I came back to work last summer I lost 15 lbs just by taking the stairs and eating better. Then I gained about 5 lbs back. I'm still uncomfortable with my weight, clothes dont fit like the used to but I'm trying to work on that.

I'm currently 5'5" and weight 150 lbs. I don't care so much about the scale as I do how my clothes fit and how I feel so my main goal is to tone up and then work on what the scale says. I'd like to fit back into a size 6-8, right now I'm about a size 10-12.

I'm very excited to be continuing on to a healthy lifestyle after being a couch potato with no will power. I've learned that only you can decide how you want to live your life and only you can make the changes needed to be healthy. I never thought I'd finish Insanity and now I am absolutely floored that I'm close to finishing AND planning on finishing it a 2nd time in the near future!

August 1: 145 lbs
Sept 1: 140 lbs
October 1: 135 lbs

"Go placidly amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence...
You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and stars...In the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul" ~ Desiderata
