I joined SP at the beginning of the year, but finally stumbled across the Chalene teams this week. I am somewhat addicted to doing something Turbo everyday, I feel like I don't get enough of a workout if I do anything else. I try to do cardio everyday plus CLX 3 times per week. I am so happy to talk to others who love Chalene, too!
