Hi Girls. Welcome to the Team and to the program. I love CE - the strength training is awesome. I do Turbo Fire and workouts from my other dvds for cardio. Awesome programs. Good luck to you both :)

Hi and Welcome! I started ChaLean Ex awhile ago, stopped and did turbo fire and now I'm back and doing a CE Turbo Fire Mix.
I'm on month 2 of my hybrid and am in the push phase - I def. see my body getting toned and tighter. I love Chalean's workouts
I bought my Chalean Extreme DVDs about 2 years ago, did them for, maybe 3 days, then quit, and never did them again because I thought they'd be too hard! Finally, after getting back up to my heaviest weight (and turning 40!!), I've decided to try again. I just finished the first week and FEEL GREAT! I can't believe I quit so soon before! This all seems so doable now!
Here's a little about me:
I turned 40 in October
Carry most of my weight in my stomach and chest
I just discovered this board last night and am really looking forward to meeting you all and helping one another push past this tough workout!
