Im new here at ChaLEAN extreme, so far I don't have the DVD's yet, but I plan to get it soon (budget allows $). But I am familiar w/ TURBOkick (her old Turbofire, sorta), I used to teach this class 10 years ago. But I am now overweight --- 10 years LATER & 30 lbs LATER ---- had a baby, family, got lazy, priority changed, emotional eating, etc.... So, today - I did 30 mins of TURBOKICK & some martial arts workout in my living room. I can't wait to start this ChaLEAN extreme !!! I would love to hear some "SUCCESS STORIES" & how long did it take you to TRANSFORM your bodies to leaner machines =). Thank you all for the inspirations =).
