Im new here at ChaLEAN extreme, so far I don't have the DVD's yet, but I plan to get it soon (budget allows $). But I am familiar w/ TURBOkick (her old Turbofire, sorta), I used to teach this class 10 years ago. But I am now overweight --- 10 years LATER & 30 lbs LATER ---- had a baby, family, got lazy, priority changed, emotional eating, etc.... So, today - I did 30 mins of TURBOKICK & some martial arts workout in my living room. I can't wait to start this ChaLEAN extreme !!! I would love to hear some "SUCCESS STORIES" & how long did it take you to TRANSFORM your bodies to leaner machines =). Thank you all for the inspirations =). emoticon

I did Burn 1 yesterday. I spent quite a bit of time changing weights (I have an old dumbbell set of my brothers that has individual weights on it.) Overall, I think I went too light for many of the exercises. I made note and next time will be lifting much heavier. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I'm looking forward to Burn 2 tomorrow.

I'm doing a turbo jam / ChaLean Extreme hybrid to ensure I get in enough cardio.

How did everyone else's Day 1 go?

Hello! My name is Jennifer and I just started a Chalean Extreme/TurboFire hybrid this week. I did CE in the past, but stopped after about 8 weeks- Now that I have Turbo Fire to mix it up, I am determined to complete the challenge and move on to "Lean for Life"!

Hello everyone! My name is Kimberly , and I just joined the ChaLEAN Extreme team. I will be starting 1/2/12. A couple months ago I did the push phase of ChaLEAN Extreme, but only the weight lifting part, not the cardio. I saw huge changes in my body, but I stopped after one month. I am now committing myself to the full program starting in January. I am looking forward to this journey, and getting in awesome shape! Hope to see everyone on the boards!
