Thanks for the reply! I have up to 15 pounds, but also have a pair of 3s that I can easily grab at the same time as the other ones, so I've been using up to 18. I think I'm going to need heavier ones soon! I'd love a pair of 7s for all those pec flies, though! 8's are a bit too heavy but 5s don't do the trick.
I was doing Firm workouts before. I have Shred, but Jillian scared me with all those pushups! After I finish CE, I should be able to tackle that with no trouble!

When i started i found that my weights weren't heavy enough to get to failure, as you lift really slow compared to other programs. So i had to redo the first week when my new weights came. I dont know what programs you are currently doing but i was doing jillian michaels thirty day shred.
I'm waiting for my ChaLean set to arrive (next week?) & wondered if any of you have any tips for preparing so that I can make the most of it when it arrives. I have a 3 week short-term goal to lose 5 pounds & 5 inches for a trip to the Keys that my husband gave me for Christmas.
I've been doing 3 video workouts a week since early December and am moving that to 6 starting today. Mostly, I've been doing cardio-sculpt stuff with no more than 8 pound weights.
Anything you wish you'd done before you started ChaLean? I'd love to hear about it!
