It's really up to you. FIRE is more intense than Jam but can also be modified so depends on what you are looking for. Have you done the cardio that comes with CLX yet? It's not as fun as Turbo but it's still going to get you a good calorie burn! I've done the hybrid with FIRE for a long time and love it. If you go that way let me know and I can send you the schedule I use.

The program has cardio and interval workouts incorporated in it, but if you wanted to add more, sometimes I ised to add 20 min TJ if I had time on weight days, or the longer ones if you are feeling ambitious! Yuo really dont HAVE to add, remember if you make it too complicated and too time consuming it will be less fun to follow and may seem undoable. You want to make sure you don't overwhelm yourself. You can also go for a nice jog or bikeride outside, play tennis, or something completely different. :)

Hi, I'm Robyn and I am new here! I just ordered the 7 DVD ChaLean Extreme and I am so excited! I've tried going to the gym and it is just so unmotivating, this program seems like a good place for me to start to get back in a good workout routine.
I was wondering what the best way to add cardio in addition to this workout? Turbo Jam or Turbo Fire?
