I'm Sylvie. I've been a Chelene fan for years. CLX is the only fitness program I have ever completed. You see, I easily get bored and that's why I can't stick to a program - I'm always looking for new and exciting things.
I have been on SP and in the Turbo Jammers SparkTeam for ages but wasn't making the best of either.
Finally, two weeks ago I started participating in the Buddy challenge and I really saw how much accountability can change things.
I love the idea that here you have a special topic where I can post my fitness activities daily. I'll definitely be doing that.
