You will love both! I'm a big Chalene fan! I'm currently doing the CLX/TF hybrid and think it's my favorite workout program so far. I love that its a new workout everyday! I get bored so easy!

emoticon You will love both programs.! I bought Turbo Fire from beachbody last spring. When I got the program I did the 20 week challenge that came with it. I liked that everyday was a different work out and all set up no guess work. I seen amazing results with it. I lost about 9 inches and 6lbs. I already excercised everyday either walking, running, or Jillian Michael work out DVDs. You will see results! I just bought CLX. I am on week three if the Hybrid program using CLX and Turbo Fire. LOVE CLX and you will too! My husband is even going to do the CLX program. Good Luck :) emoticon

Thank you so much for the information. I definitely need to incorporate strength training.. I cannot wait until I can start the program. I might start incorporating some strength training into my cardio workouts at the gym, but I hate going to the weight room. I feel ridiculous around all the weightlifters!

emoticon I've only completed the Burn Phase of ChaLean Extreme and am sidelined for at least the next two weeks, maybe a little longer. I'll probably do a couple of weeks of Burn before moving to the Lean Phase.

I gave up a gym membership when I moved about 3 years ago and they were too high. I tried again this past summer and found that after 3 years, I prefer working out at home.

I think you'll be fine with ChaLean Extreme. I haven't done Turbo Jam. With ChaLean Extreme, I find it very good for strength training, but feel like when I start again, I'll need to augment the cardio portion. I also have lower back problems and have to watch how much high impact I do. I'm fine with that as I'll just throw in low impact cardio and of course, my yoga workouts.

Hey All!

I don't have turbo fire yet, but I'm hoping to get it mid-December. I currently have a gym membership but I don't plan on renewing it. I'm researching different home workout systems, and I'm really interested in ChaLEAN Extreme and Turbo Fire. I'm hoping learn more about the program from you all! I'm a little nervous because I'm currently only doing light cardio and spinning. I'm not sure if I will be able to keep up with these systems. Should I try something else first?

Love reading about the process you all are making with these systems!
