I've only completed the Burn Phase of ChaLean Extreme and am sidelined for at least the next two weeks, maybe a little longer. I'll probably do a couple of weeks of Burn before moving to the Lean Phase.
I gave up a gym membership when I moved about 3 years ago and they were too high. I tried again this past summer and found that after 3 years, I prefer working out at home.
I think you'll be fine with ChaLean Extreme. I haven't done Turbo Jam. With ChaLean Extreme, I find it very good for strength training, but feel like when I start again, I'll need to augment the cardio portion. I also have lower back problems and have to watch how much high impact I do. I'm fine with that as I'll just throw in low impact cardio and of course, my yoga workouts.
