Hello, my name is Raven. I have completed many Jillian Michaels DVDs and run at least 15 miles a week. With 15 lbs left to my weight goal, I want to be more defined. I just started Burn circuit 1 today! excited to see some results.

So nice to meet you, Temamc! I found the pushups really hard. I just did my best and was thankful that no-one was around to see my feeble efforts. Today when I tried Burn Circuit 2 there were more pushups, and they were harder and fancier than the first ones, but I was thrilled to find that I was *already* better at generic pushups! So I just did as many of those as I could and patted myself on the back for a job well done. It would be really easy to beat myself up for what I couldn't do, but I'd rather focus on the fact that I gave it my best, and got off the couch!

Hi there I'm new also just started the program today as a matter of fact....I did bur circuit 1 and was able to do all but the floor exercises...they were just to hard for me....How did you find the burn circuit workout....I think I move to number 2 tomorrow....I'm glad you're at a place where you can workout again.....good luck to you on meeting all your fitness goals

Hi everyone! I started Chalean Extreme this week, and am excited, a bit nervous, and glad to have all of you out there doing it with me!
I reached my goal weight a good while ago and have been maintaining for quite a while. But I had an arthiritis-related injury that has prevented me from exercising for a whole year! I finally had the full go ahead to start exercising again a few months back, but spent all of September in hospital with my son when he fell and broke his leg badly. So I'm starting from scratch again. My weight isn't too bad, but I'm back in that place of terrible eating habits, not taking time to exercise or care for myself, and being in terrible shape!
I'm really excited about this program. I've done Burn Circuit 1 & 2, and will try the Intervals and Ab Work tomorrow. I'm a bit sore now, and haven't done any cardio at all for a long time, so I'm nervous about tomorrow. But so happy to be doing this for myself.
Anyways, good luck to all of you. I'm looking foward to hearing about your progress!
