Hi everyone! I started Chalean Extreme this week, and am excited, a bit nervous, and glad to have all of you out there doing it with me!
I reached my goal weight a good while ago and have been maintaining for quite a while. But I had an arthiritis-related injury that has prevented me from exercising for a whole year! I finally had the full go ahead to start exercising again a few months back, but spent all of September in hospital with my son when he fell and broke his leg badly. So I'm starting from scratch again. My weight isn't too bad, but I'm back in that place of terrible eating habits, not taking time to exercise or care for myself, and being in terrible shape!
I'm really excited about this program. I've done Burn Circuit 1 & 2, and will try the Intervals and Ab Work tomorrow. I'm a bit sore now, and haven't done any cardio at all for a long time, so I'm nervous about tomorrow. But so happy to be doing this for myself.
