Welcome Stikcncnitches. I love the ST in CE and the cardio in TF. I hope you are still sticking to your program and getting awesome results. The programs work if you work it, that's for sure!

Welcome to the group! I am doing the Hybrid again of Extreme with Turbo Fire (I think round 3 hybrid and have done Fire alone twice :)). Starting week 5 tomorrow! If you need any motivation let me know!

Hello, I received my Chalene Extreme package on Friday. Awesome!!!!!!
Im totally excited,can't wait to start on Monday. I also plan to stick with this program right to the end. Need all the support and motivation I can get. We can totally do this. Can't wait to start seeing resuls.

Hi everyone! I started Chalean Extreme 12 days ago and I am actually loving it!! I finally got ticked off enough at being overweight to do something. I've started other programs before but would find some reason to give up after a week or so, or only do it half heartedly for a few weeks. This is the first time I have stuck with a program, done MORE than the program required, and found myself looking forward to my workouts. I've got about 40 pounds to lose. 50 would be wonderful. 60 would be insane and may be a tad far reaching. I've already upped some of my weights and I'm noticing a definite change in how low my squats are, how far I'm lunging and my energy levels. I'm trying to keep myself from weighing and measuring until the first 30 days are up but I did have to cheat and check my weight yesterday. I'm down a pound and a half from when I started. I'm glad to have found this group and I look forward to getting to know everyone better.
