Hello all! My name is Elise, A little about me: I'm 30, married with 4 children and I work full time at my grocery deli. I've decided to start my chalean program today :) I've been successfully losing weight and changing my habits for slightly over 2 months now. I've done some P90X workouts but they are getting a little boring for me (I was primarily doing kickboxing, cardio, and upper/lower body strength training). I wanted something I could do in a routine form that wasn't as long as the P90X videos were. I'm also training for a 5k on the side, so my "rest days" will be on the treadmill :) So here I am! Looking forward to seeing even more results!
