Hi! A friend of mine introduced me to Chalean Extreme about a month ago b/c I was desperate to find a fitness routine I would stick to and I LOVE it! Chalene Johnson is such an inspiration to me, as well as all the transformations I've seen from people. I start PUSH next week and I'm so excited! I also just ordered TurboFire to mix things up with my cardio. I am loving taking the time for myself.
I've already seen such awesome results in the last month - I'm down 6+lbs, and a total of 7". I have also been very careful about what I eat. Trying to drive through the next couple of months. I really want to get in shape! Especially my abs are a problem, particularly my lower abs.
