Good for you! So glad you are back! I only have one more week until I get to start my second round of Push - that is my fav program of all three because it seems like a shorter workout and it makes me feel super strong. When I'm finished lifting I feel like I could go on the streets and fight crime or something. LOL
So glad you returned to the program. Good for you.
I was doing CLX last summer, but fizzled out on week 2 of the Push phase, and with things that were going on with my life, I left spark people for a few months.
I am re-re-re-re-re (I think its my 5th time, maybe 6th)starting CLX on Sunday, and hope to refuel my metabolism to help burn off the fat that has been building up on my body over the last year.
