Thanks for the advice Dakota and Laura!
I am trying to get all the calories in...it's actually a challenge for me to eat more since I'm so used to eating less.

make sure you have enough calories so you don't plateau. that happened to me and it's very discouraging

That is awesome that you are doing the extra cardio! Good job. Just remember to up your calorie intake too if necessary. That is something that I didn't do thinking it would help me loose faster and it actually hindered my progress. Don't you love CLX? It always makes me feel so strong and powerful! Keep it up!

I added extra cardio too and had great results. I made sure I stayed true to the CLX workouts but added running 3-4 days a week.

 Pounds lost: 10.2

I add in cardio 5 days a week on top of all the chalean workouts laid out in the program and have had great results. I just make sure I do the weights first and then cardio later in the day.

Hi Everyone,

I've added 3 days of cardio-1 hour long (30 mins on the elliptical, 30 mins on the treadmill) each week. Does anyone think this will help or hinder my weight loss goals?
