Hello Fellow Extremers!
I'm new to ChaLean but familiar with exercise and healthy eating. After dropping 65 lbs (over the last 3 years) I've found that I am continuously hitting a wall in my weight loss goals. I am hoping that with ChaLean, I can reach my goal of losing another 35-40 lbs. More than the workout itself, the challenges are being consistent even when I can't see the immediate results.....
Nonetheless, I am looking forward to sharing and learning with you all on this journey to strength and healthy living!
