Hi i''m starting chalean this friday i had previously started the program and had to stop, due to conflicting advice in regards to the possibility of the program affect my punching speed for boxing.( I had my first fight last week :)) I only began boxing in december and didnt want to risk it, so focused more on that. So now i'm restarting chalean extreme for the summer and before our new season. I'm 4ft 11"currently 134lbs and really want to drop down to 120lb and possibly on evaluation after that to 115lbs. I will decide when i get there.As i have quite a large bone density and dont want to end up scrany. I want to lose weight as i dont feel at all comfortable with my size and i'm also medically overweight in regards to bmi etc..
