Welcome, Arlee! Congrats on deciding to put yourself back on the priority list. I agree with adding more cardio. I generally would do CE weight lifting first thing in the morning, and then do 30 min or so cardio at night. The other days, I'd do cardio once a day, and take 1 day off for rest.
Arlee-so glad you are here. Good for you to put yourself back on your list like you are doing. I agree with you - I had to incorporate other cardio workouts because I felt that the program didn't provide enough cardio for me to continue to lose weight. Good job.

Hi! My name is Arlee and I'm 21 and taking another (yet this time it will be successful) stab weight loss! This is my first full on attempt at using SparkPeople, or really any online weight loss community of any kind. I feel good about it. I bought Chalean Extreme back in January, did a full week (loved it) but then let the stress of college take over my life and didn't let myself take time for me. But that is all about to change. I am going to pair the Chalean Extreme program with zumba for added cardio several times a week (in the little time I did the program the first time I felt that was an aspect that lacked in the program on circuit days... I still need my 30 minutes of heart pumping cardio more than twice a week). My goal is to lose around 30 pounds by mid-October. My zumba videos are due in Tuesday and I have my calendar set up and ready and I will start June 1st. =)
