So glad you are all here. I'm on my second round of CLX. Love everything Chalene related! Just remember form is more important than anything with this workout. Unfortunately, I've learned the hard way. Love this program. Such an amazing workout!
Hi I'm Jennifer and I just started clx this week. I thought I was doing pretty good till tonight when I did the burn intervals & ab burner. Not only could not keep up I had to stop a few times through it then when I was relieved that I was done I realized wait a min I still have to to do the ab burner. I thought I was going to die. I know my form was terrible but i tried to keep up with it. I figure I can only do better next time. I can onlly go up from here. :-) tomorrow its burn circuit 3.
Hi, I'm Pam and new to this team. Well...new to joining, I've been lurking for a while! I'm almost finished with my Push month and really love CLX. I've done so many workouts over the years and this is absolutely my favorite. My full time job is as a hospital director and I teach childbirth classes part time at a few hospitals around my city. I'm currently studying to become a personal trainer so I can expand my classes to pre/postnatal fitness classes as well.
