Hello, my name is Colleen. I am due with baby #2 July 28. I have a son who will turn four in June. And yes I will be doing Chalean and Turbo Jam during my pregnancy! I am no stranger to exercise, and am fully aware of what precautions I need to take.
I am new to the group but not to Spark. I was here years ago but just didn't have the commitment to stick with it.
I am tired of feeling tired (when not pregnant) and want to get a head start on my weight loss journey after a baby comes. By being here and logging my food, I hope to get a good handle on what I eat and it will be easier to lose the weight for good. I work out quite a bit but never lose the weight as my eating habits, frankly, suck!
I know what I need to eat and how to exercise, just am not consistent. My goal is just to become consistent in logging my food and working out on a daily basis (even if it is for only 10 minutes on some days)!
