I actually typed this up for another team as someone was asking about it, so here's what ChaLEAN Extreme is about.
I'm not a coach, so I don't get anything if you buy it other than the satisfaction of knowing you WILL SEE RESULTS! How can I guarantee this? Well, when I started my first round in March '09 I lost so much in just three weeks that jeans I hadn't been able to wear I was wearing. I have yet to complete the full set, although I have done all three phases, but stopped mid-stream during the LEAN PHASE.
