It may slow down how fast the scale moves, but it will dramatically speed up how fast the fat burns off your body. Remember, Chalene talks about how muscle burns fat. So although your weight may not change a lot, you will lean out and get smaller.
I'm also thinking about restarting CLX to lose a few pounds. I want to lean out, especially with summer approaching. I also teach Turbo Kick once a wee, which I love. I want to have home workouts that go well with my class.I'm looking at following the ChaLean Extreme/ Turbo Fire hybrid to really up my calorie burn on my cardio days.
