On days where you feel like you need more....pop in the ChaLean Burn Interval. That will give you all you need I think. It has excellent Cardio and endurance training combined. I am on my second week of Push and the Burn Interval workout still challenges me.
My alarm went off at 4:50 this morning and I actually jumped up out of bed excited to start this program. It wasn't bad. It was kinda fun and I could have gone longer. In fact, I followed it up with another 30 minute video because I didn't feel like I got enough of a . I'm hoping that it stays challenging enough to keep me motivated. I don't want to get bored and lose motivation.
Any suggestions on other programs to do along with CE? I want to get the most of working out but I don't want to burn myself out by doing too much.
