new members! Be sure to introduce yourself so we can all get to know you. There are several links I want to point out that will be of interest to you.
1. Check out the "Monthly Groups" Forum, find the month you'll be starting your program and join others who are just starting too.
If you started earlier than the months that are listed, you can find previous months in the "ChaLEAN EXTREME CHALLENGES Forum". There also may be challenges you can join in from time to time.
2. ChaLEAN EXTREME Phases & Circuits
Here you will find links to all three phases: BURN, PUSH and LEAN. All of the exercises are listed so you can create your own workout (there are also instructions on how to do this). It takes a bit of time, but will be worth it once you get them all set up.

6. Nutrition & Supplements: Discuss proper nutrition (protein/carbs/fats) and supplements here. What do you eat to help you obtain maximum results, and do you take any extra supplements (protein powders or others supplements) that help you ... Beachbody products or others.
7. POST YOUR PROGESS! BE PROUD OF YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS: Post here about your progress: weight, inches, body fat, or are you lifting more? Come back every time you lose (or gain...since you're lifting you might have a gain in a certain area) and let us know where you are in your program.
8. DAILY CHECK IN: Come here to discuss CE or what's going on in your life.
