So i ordered this workout system like a month ago and have sat here staring at it since. Always finding an excuse not to do it. Today i did my first workout and was tired and shaky but man do i feel good. I work 12 hour days so when i get home i usually just want to sit down eat and go to bed. And i have tried the whole get up in the morning thing. I guess i just need to psyche myself up before i leave work and get excited about the changes i am making for myself. I hope we all reach the goals we are looking for.
