I am new to pescetarian as well. I also want to have a healthier lifestyle while also making changes to impact the world in a positive way. Eventually I would like to be vegan but I thought I would take it one step at a time. Starting in January I eliminated all pork and shellfish and just recently all poultry. I have also eliminated most dairy besides the occasional yogurt for sauces and cheese. I don't want to shock my body by changing in one day, but I think after five months, I am ready to be pescetarian.
Hi, Just wanted to say that I am so ready to live a healthier lifestyle. I am finding it hard to incorporate exercise into my busy schedule, but I know I can do it. I just need to make small changes. Anyway, I am here and I am ready to be a loser. =)
