Hi all, just joining the team, and thought I'd introduce myself. I haven't eaten red meat or poultry in four years now. I spent a lot of that time as a lacto-ovo vegetarian, and about six months of it as a vegan. I've now re-introduced the occasional piece of fish into my diet, and feel that pescatarianism is the best long-term balance for me.

Personally, I eat fish mainly to give me another option in restaurants. I don't cook it at home, and even in restaurants, I usually only order it when there isn't a good vegetarian choice. As such, I really don't eat it very often. I consider it more of a social flexibility I allow myself, rather than a main staple of my diet. However, having previously been a vegetarian, I know better than to call myself one now that I'm eating some fish! :) So I was excited to find this team!

Guess that's it for now. Have a great weekend, all!
