Last year I was diagnosed with over 25 food allergies...including pork, caffeine, coffee, tea, spinach, strawberries, lettuce, milk, soy, tomatoes and CHOCOLATE! (horrors! lol) just to name a few... I have found that my allergies change with the seasons also so something I wasn't allergic too before I became. And this included processed meat (hotdogs, luncheon meats) and lately has been beef and chicken. So far the only one I haven't had a problem is...is fish and seafood. (fingers crossed! :D)The vegetable part I can work around because there are so many and if something sets me off I try it again the next season..I have been a Pescatarian now for over a month and a half and I really enjoy it. The big trial will be when the holidays hit and how I am going to accomodate my choice with my families.
