Discovered this site, and so far loving it! This seems like the team for me, as I am not so much into losing weight (although that is a small part of my goal), but to live healthy and clean.
I was once a vegetarian for approx. a year, but once the wife got pregnant we couldn't resist the urges. I'd like to go back, but living in Iowa presents it's challenges in terms of food temptations. Lot's of great eateries, and lot's of meat!
Never heard of Pescatarians, but it's sounding like that's my gig. I love seafood, and regularly make my own sushi. I'm hoping to have some great exchanges with the members of this community, and get back to clean and healthy living again!
