Also, you may want to consider having a protein drink once a day. I mix a protein powder with almond milk for my post-workout drink, then later in the day, I have a greek yogurt for a snack. Hello, My name is Katie. I decided to go meat free for 2011, only eating fish from time to time. I am 9 days in and having a little bit of a hard time. I find myself filling the meat void with dairy and carbs and not many vegetables. I really need to work on that. Anyone have any tips?
