Welcome to the team and to the lifestyle! Callie is so right about having a great cookbook to be your guide. Some of them give great tips for achieving a full nutritional panel in your diet. Also, you may want to consider having a protein drink once a day. I mix a protein powder with almond milk for my post-workout drink, then later in the day, I have a greek yogurt for a snack. Good luck to you with your goals!

Hi! First, focus on filling the meat void with fish or seafood! That's what's great about eating pescatarian -- no need to worry about where the protein is coming from!

After that, take a Saturday afternoon to hang out and Barnes & Nobles (or Borders) and go through the vegetarian cookbooks until you find one you really like to give you some new ideas.

Hello, My name is Katie. I decided to go meat free for 2011, only eating fish from time to time.
I am 9 days in and having a little bit of a hard time. I find myself filling the meat void with dairy and carbs and not many vegetables. I really need to work on that. Anyone have any tips?
