I'd suggest one of the intuitive eating teams. I'm a co-leader of the I Can Make You Thin team (link in my signature), so I'm partial to that one. But there's the Beck Method, the Gabriel Method and a couple of others.

Hi, I am new to Spark, as a result of finding the book in my library. I am over 60 and have been eating my veggies, exercising, and trying to avoid nasty chemicals for about 25 years. I still have managed to add about 10 lbs over the last 15 years and have found it very, very hard to keep the pounds off, post menopause.
Being active and eating healthy gets you 95% of the way there, but I have to learn how to eat a little less. Am I alone here? Has anyone discovered any helpful ideas?
