I find that for me, being a pescatarian is basiically (at this point), being a vegetarian who adds fish to their meals... that is the EASIEST way to look at it and deal with it (for me).
I am a dairy eater still, though --- I have too many gastro-intestinal problems to totally eliminate milk products!

I did a lot of research before I switched (it helped that I was a fish monger at the time .. No, I am NOT KIDDING!

... Now I am a chef who likes to specialize in the fish. And I became addicted to capers while doing this.
(When I get out of the hospital ... someday I wonder if I ever will ... I will post you some easy but good recipes under the posting I started re: recipe of the week).
This site is a almost too simplistic explanation:

These web sites have great recipes

I also found the library to be a great resource ... lots of cookbooks (I especially got ideas from regional cookbooks ... Maine, Seattle/Pacific NW, New England, Florida and the Caribbean as they catch it there so they cook it there)
Best of luck, DO NOT GIVE UP ... if you want to, contact me any time for ideas, etc.
