I am one that doesn't care to work out in the morning before work as I like to get as many zzz's as possible! So I normally work out after work. My name is Gwenn and I started back to the weight loss journey on January 5th. I've been doing pretty well, doing at least 3 workouts a week and when I have the energy I add more. Happy to be a part of your group!
