My name is LauraLee. I just started my first job and am having trouble fitting in exercise.
I take the stairs whenever I can and I am running around work and standing for long periods of time. I have continually gained excessive amounts of weight due to a health issue and have yet to learn how to shed it. I used to love to exercise but now I'm sluggish and have no real motivation. I also have issues eating when I work, cause I don't want to upset my stomach before work or during and when I come home at night I feel it's way too late to eat.
I have a really nice elliptical that kicks my butt, but since starting work I have only used it once. I am hoping that by doing this challenge I will get motivated to get back on my machine of death. :D Wish me luck.
