Welcome to the team, Laura! It sounds like working out in the late afternoon may be just the right thing to give you a second wind for the evening. I can’t work out in the morning either, and have come to enjoy my workout time after work.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act but a habit. - Aristotle
Hi! My name is Laura and I'm 35 years old, married, and have a 4 year old son. Everyone tells me I should work out in the morning, Yeah, that's not going to happen. I'm up between 5-5:20 to get things ready for the day. I'm a 4th grade teacher and on my feet pretty much all day, and I also have Sjogren's syndrome. So, even though I'm home by 3:30 most days, and have a good 1.5 hours before I have to start dinner, I'm pretty exhausted when I get home. I trying to fight the urge to nap and I know working out even if it's for 30 minutes will help!
