I am a workaholic, and need a daily workout to relieve stress, gain energy,improve my well being. Right now I am breaking my workout to treadmill/walking in place before I head off to work. I have a 5 lb weight in my office, so I do 10 minutes daily in there. I want to gradually add onto this, but need the support of a forum like this. I am a 62 yr old mother with grown children who have just left the nest, so I want to take this moment in time to lose weight and get fit to enjoy life more with my husband and friends
