My couch is my 'frenemy'..when I get home from work especially now that it's cold out, it is so inviting. I am trying to work out more in the morning to start off, since that is when I'm the strongest. As I slowly get more energy, I am hoping that will give me the push to workout in the evening before I succumb to my precious couch. I wish you courage to push yourself to your healthy workout

Hi to all! This is one of my greatest challenges and really should be a no brainer. I am a teacher and am at school each day by 7 am, however, I am out most days by 2:00. I bring my workout clothes in my car each day, but I always find some excuse not to go to the gym after school and crazy enough it doesn't even involve other responsibilities. My children are grown up and on their own and my husband works until at least 6 most nights. I don't understand it, because when I do go, even if I am tired when I start out, I get a second wind and always have a great workout. It almost seems like self sabotage, because if I go home, I just sit on the couch and snack. Help!!!!!!!
Welcome to the team! I work in an office too and got a Fitbit One at Christmas to help me stay motivated to move more during the day. I work out at a gym on my way home most nights, but I'm trying to get up and move more at work.
