Hi! I bought safety stuff so I could walk outside after work, a glow in the dark yellow vest and hat. So far though I'm having better luck on the treadmill. But, you reminded me that I have the equipment, so tomorrow evening I'm headed outside! Thanks! emoticon

Better look at me now 'cause I'm not going to look like this tomorrow!

It was 17 degrees when I went out for my walk/run. I actually ended up taking off my mittens and my hood because I got over heated.

1st goal 255# MET 2/20/12 (Update: Met this goal but now have gained the weight back so it is now a goal once again)
2nd goal 205#
3rd goal 155#

LOL @ LJR4HEALTH! Thanks, I did join that. I am currently contemplating how many layers of clothing I will need to get outside to work on my C25K in 6 degree weather emoticon

Hello team,

I found this team today. It fits the bill for what I have been setting myself up to do since Christmas. I am planning on either walking or running after work or get myself to the gym. I bought me some safety equipment for walking in the dark on icy roads/sidewalks for Christmas. So I am ready to roll!
