I don't know if you have health insurance at work, but if you do, see if they will reimburse you some of the cost of the gym membership. My carrier will pay $20 a month if I go 12 times or more in a month.

I did very, very well at working out at my old job where there was a gym right on campus and I didn't have to get in the car to go, but since I lost that job first I got out of the habit of going because I didn't have a job and even when I got a gym membership...the y was such a drive that I felt it was cost prohibitive to drive back and forth every day. I must have been depressed because I put off exercising to any extent at home too.
Anyway I found a new job....30 hours a week and the gym is not as convenient but I have a membership and have just not gotten back in the habit of going.
This group will be helpful to get me back in the routine. Once I have it, I actually enjoy spending that time on myself.
