I usually work out after work anyway, so I confess that part of the reason I'm joining is to heighten my sense of accomplishment and give myself a much-needed boost. Is that wrong? *blush*
Maybe not. Joining the challenge will remind me to stay focused when it might otherwise slip my mind at the end of a long day. I can do it every other Monday, and Every Wednesday and Thursday. Not too bad, all things considered.
