One of my fitness goals is to workout at the gym 5x a week. So planning to go after work in the a.m. seems to work better. I work night shift (8 years now) and I'll pack my workout clothes, water bottle, Ipod, etc. and take it with me to work. This may seem silly since I have to drive past my house to get to my gym. And if I were consistent in my efforts everything would be great. But there's still times when I feel so tired, I just don't go. I am glad to write that last week I made it Monday-Friday everyday!!! And I believe it's because of joining this Challenge. Thanks for the push. I'm already two days into this week!!
Hey friends! I just joined the group, and I'm ready to go! I had really great intentions of becoming a morning workout-er, but it's just not realistic for me. I did really well last week of working out after work, and I just think that joining this challenge will help hold me accountable to KEEP moving and not planting myself on the couch immediately after getting home every day. GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!
