Hello Everyone! My name is Kathy and i joined this team because the only time i can work out is after work, but it has to be right after work or else my body gets lazy and it gets late and i wont do it. I currently work out 3 times a week usually two times during the week days and one in the weekend, kinda depends what kind of week im having .. well im happy to be here !

I'm a teacher and just have no time in the morning to get my exercise in. I'm hoping to check in here to keep my motivation to get my exercise done after work. Usually, I come home and just collapse. I have to find that "spark" to get moving!
